• Please wear comfortable workout attire. Layers are best, as your body temperature changes throughout your practice. Be prepared to work in bare feet.
  • Bring a towel to wipe down your mat (and yourself!) after use if you attending a class that might get sweaty
  • We provide mats for you to borrow, but we encourage you to purchase your own. Your mat is an important tool and a symbol of commitment to your practice.
  • Avoid practicing with a full stomach, and drink plenty of water before class to remain hydrated through your practice. Similar to the rule about not eating right before swimming, give your body less to work on while on your mat
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to complete new student paperwork and to receive a proper welcoming to our community.
  • Please understand that you may not be allowed into class if you are late.
  • Flexibility is not a pre-requisite! Just a willing spirit
  • Remember, Yoga is a process. Keep an open mind. Be consistent in your practice. Be patient and compassionate with yourself.
