We offer individual private yoga and meditation sessions tailored to the request of the student. Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level. Regardless of your level of experience, you will develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection within.
Whether you are brand new to yoga and want to learn the basics of the practice, are working through and recovering from an injury, or are looking to work on more advanced poses and sequences, we have instructors available to guide you through your practice.
Individual session: Starting at $75/hour
*Please note that private session no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the session may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.
