Yoga Classes
Find the Class That’s Right For You!
Warm Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and results in smoothly flowing movements that are almost dance-like. In this Vinyasa class, you will be led into a series of poses through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Although this is a flow class, there will be some holds in standing postures, with continued emphasis on alignment and breath. The room temperature is about 80 degrees. This practice is physically challenging; knowledge of basic asanas is recommended.
All Level Vinyasa Flow
This is a flow class designed for beginners or those who are more experienced and would like to move a bit more deliberately in their vinyasa practice. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and results in smooth, flowing movements. In this Vinyasa class, you will be led into a series of poses through the power of inhaling and exhaling. There will be some holds in standing postures, with modifications being cued.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
This class has the feel of a typical vinyasa flow while slowing down the pace and moving mindfully, yet powerfully, while breathing deeply. This deliberately-paced vinyasa flow, emphasizes the development of body intuition and encourages you to listen to your body’s signals and use modifications that serve you and your body. The class will focus on alignment, anatomy, breathing, meditation, and other techniques to enhance the body-mind connection both on the mat and beyond. This class is open to beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.
Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra
Restorative yoga seeks to release deeply held physical and emotional tensions in the body through the use of props and longer holds, opening the body in a deeply relaxing and passive way. This form of yoga is ideal preparation for the sleep-based meditation of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is an easy, guided meditation that is done by laying down comfortably. It is extremely relaxing, healing, and scientifically proven to relieve stress while rejuvenating and resetting the body and mind.
Yoga Nidra brings incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness. This is a beginner-friendly, all-levels practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a beginner-friendly, meditative, and a “passive” practice; however, Yin can be challenging! Class consists of seated and supine poses, most of which are held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing access to deeper layers of fascia. Yin is an especially complimentary practice for athletes or anyone who regularly has a strong Vinyasa or Power Yoga practice. Yin yoga is a perfect complement to a busy life, inviting you to slow down, increase flexibility and increase balance in the body.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is almost certainly the easiest type of meditation you’ve ever tried, with its benefits being almost innumerable.Yoga Nidra consists of a guided meditation performed while you are laying down or seated comfortably. It is extremely relaxing, healing, and scientifically proven to relieve stress, all while rejuvenating and resetting the body and mind. Yoga Nidra alleviates conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, fatigue, chronic pain, PMS, and high blood pressure, just to name a few. It’s also the perfect vehicle for releasing bad habits and negative tendencies.
Weekend Flow

In this Vinyasa class, you will be led into a series of poses through the power of inhaling and exhaling. There will be some holds in standing postures, with continued emphasis on alignment and breath. This practice can be physically challenging; knowledge of basic asanas is recommended.
Strong Vinyasa
This is a vigorous vinyasa style class in a follow the leader format. World music is played while participants flow through multiple sun salutations and postures, including arm balances and inversions. Prior experience is recommended.
