Yoga – Meditation – Yoga Therapy
We are now offering individual private yoga and meditation sessions via Zoom, tailored to the request of the student. Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level. Regardless of your level of experience, you will develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection within.
Whether you are brand new to yoga and want to learn the basics of the practice, are working through and recovering from an injury, or are looking to work on more advanced poses and sequences, we have instructors available to guide you through your practice.

Supporting Your Practice
Private yoga sessions are fully customizable to support you with your practice. Each session is unique. We set an intention based on what you would like to explore. Some students wish to focus on alignment; some wish to focus on meditation; some choose to work on both. We can address modifications and working with props to support injuries or limitations. Private sessions are also an excellent way to safely move into advanced postures that are not taught in group classes.
