YOGA 101

A Beginner’s Journey

This 5-week introductory course is designed for those new to yoga or those looking to revisit the foundations of this ancient practice.

Explore the fundamental principles of yoga, including breathing techniques, alignment, and basic postures.

Each class will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive and non-intimidating environment.

You will learn how to safely and effectively practice yoga, develop a deeper awareness of your body, and leave each session feeling refreshed and balanced.

Cost: $118 for all 5 sessions or pay by single class drop-in
